MENTORING FOR STARTUPS:

Odisha is home to over 1,700 startups. The State is intent on taking that figure up to more than 50,000 by 2025. The 24th CII Enterprise Odisha will enable a mentoring program for Startups, partnering them with large organisations where the startup can pose their problems to mentors from these large organisations, and the larger organisations can support by providing practical guidance to solve respective business challenges.

WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS:

Odisha's women are proving to be gamechangers in the entrepreneurial space. In 2017-18, the share of startups with female (co-)founders was less than 20%. In 2022, the figure stood at 43%. The 24th Edition of the Enterprise Odisha will lay emphasis on developing more and more women business leaders, entrepreneurs, etc. She can sign up for this program, and CII will collaborate with different organisations to link her up to with a) financing and micro-financing b) skilling / reskilling / upskilling programs.
